Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

  1. How to participate
    1. In order to complete our feedback survey and enter the prize draw, go to surveymonkey.co.uk/r/JR7KLM3 and enter the information requested.
    2. All entries must include your name, email address, postal address (including postcode), and telephone number.
    3. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be void and will not be entered into the prize draw.
    4. Prize draw entry is free following completion of our feedback survey.
    5. You may only submit one entry to the prize draw.

  2. Start date
    1. The prize draw will start at 9:00am on 17th August 2022.

  3. Closing date
    1. The closing date for the prize draw will be 31st August 2022 at 5:00pm. Entries received by the Promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.

  4. Selection of the winner
    1. The winner of the prize draw will be drawn at random after the closing date.

  5. Prize
    1. The prize is as follows: Keeping Britain’s Horses Healthy Water Bottle with matching thermometer, key ring torch and pen in addition a Hestevard Antiviral Snood. Only one prize is available.
    2. There is no alternative prize.
    3. The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses.

  6. Restrictions and requirements
    1. Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply:
      1. You must be aged 18 or over to enter the prize draw;
      2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the prize draw;
      3. Employees of CVS (UK) Limited and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the prize draw.

  7. Notification of the results and receipt of the prize
    1. The Promoter will notify the winner by email or telephone on or before 7th September 2022.
    2. The winner will receive their prize on or before 17th September 2022.
